Decor Duel Updates
Blizzard has released a set of World of Warcraft hotfixes targeting Decor Duel, Player versus Player balance, questing, and player housing. In Decor Duel matches, the final 30 seconds no longer automatically reveal remaining hiders, while the energy increase rate for seekers has been reduced by 20%. Hiders no longer attract flies, and players will notice that Decor Duel rewards for Illusionary Coins have been boosted by 100%.
PvP Class Tuning
Recent updates include extensive PvP class tuning to address survival and damage output. For Demon Hunters, Demon Muzzle magic damage reduction in PvP combat is decreased to 5% (was 15%), and Glimpse damage reduction while airborne after Vengeful Retreat is set to 25% (was 35%). Mistweaver Monks see Way of the Crane transfer 100% of Spinning Crane Kick damage into healing in PvP (down from 340%).
Priests received several buffs: Discipline spell healing in PvP increased by 3%, while Holy Priests gained a 3% healing increase along with a 15% buff to Holy Fire direct damage and a 27% buff to Holy Fire periodic damage. Restoration Shamans received a 15% increase to Riptide healing in PvP combat. Furthermore, Rune of Lingering damage-over-time damage no longer interrupts flag captures in PvP.
Quest Progression and World Fixes
Quest fixes ensure Dawnwell NPCs remain available for "From Darkness, Light" until players accept "Hagar's Invitation". Grand Magister Rommath now opens a portal to the Magister's Terrace near the Magister's Missive for Omnium Folio Weekly Quests, and the quest item for "Maisara Caverns: Master of Souls" drops properly on Mythic difficulty. Lighthook Grapple also now only appears as an extra action button while characters are in Naigtal.
Housing, Items, and Classic Modes
In player housing, missing access to the Daylight Circle Room or Evening Circle Room at House Levels 3 and 5 has been fixed. Additionally, multiple Hearthstone charges will no longer be consumed for Human characters using Mycomancer's Hearthspore, Thrillbot 9000 and Chillbot 9000 are now unique pets, and Mists of Pandaria Classic players with Platinum achievements in Season 2 or 3 can purchase Platinum toys from the Challenge Mode Exchange.
