Curse of Ula'tek and Midnight Season 2 Updates
Each week brings adventurous discovery and fresh rewards to Azeroth. The upcoming Curse of Ula’tek content update goes live on August 11, drawing champions to the Coiled Isle. Players will uncover secrets buried within cursed depths as the Midnight Campaign continues, facing venomous new dangers in a new raid and dungeon while preparing for Midnight Season 2.
The Shadows Deepen when Midnight Season 2 begins on August 18. Champions can brave the Venomous Abyss, conquer the new Mythic+ rotation, prove their mettle in PvP, and stalk deadly new Prey across the Coiled Isle. Also launching on August 18, the Venomous Abyss raid dungeon features eight bosses where players will confront Ula’tek, an ancient force of hatred, corruption, and venom awakened by Zul’jan's actions.
Lairs and August Trading Post Rewards
Players can step into Lairs with The Tidebound Grotto. This new evolution of world boss encounters gets players into action faster through dedicated instanced encounters with other players, featuring scaling difficulty for coordinated groups.
Meanwhile, the August Trading Post arrives with a showdown lineup of mounts, transmogs, weapons, and black-and-white styles. Players can complete activities to earn Trader's Tender and fill the Traveler's Log to claim the bonus Ensemble: Midnight Outlaw transmog set. Locations include Tawney and Wilder outside the Mage District in Stormwind, the Zen’shiri Trading Post next to Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar, the Foregrounds in Dornogal on the Isle of Dorn, and the renewed Silvermoon City.
In other news, Dungeons & Dragons: World of Warcraft releases on November 17 with early access on November 3. Pre-purchasing bundles offers in-game items including the Black Dragon Mount, Gazer pet, Mimic Chest toy, and Mimic Chest decor. Additionally, fans can check out the World of Warcraft: Midnight comic titled "Legacy of Rage", and stream the Azeroth Housing Soundtrack.
